We are often asked if we have a smaller similar property to Fimbarr's Reach for smaller groups to enjoy so from September until March our beautiful villa house becomes Little Fimbarr's Reach.
By simply closing off the upper floor, we have created Little Fimbarr's Reach which is a 2 double bedroom, 1 shower room home, that still enjoys all the luxury of a sumptuous double aspect sitting room with views over the River Fowey and a kitchen dining room leading onto the deck and BBQ area. Situated in the heart of Fowey with the local shops and restaurants a short stroll away so you can ditch your car for your stay should you so wish.

Little Fimbarr's Reach is well-laid out with a spacious, lower ground floor kitchen/pantry and dining room with a separate utility area and WC. On the ground floor is a generous living room and hall leading to the first floor with two bedrooms and shower room.
There’s an appealing decked courtyard at the rear which catches the sun through the day and is a great place to sit out and read a book. Little Fimbarr’s Reach is perfect for either a small group or families.

GARDEN & PARKING:
Small decked courtyard to the rear with cube dining set, charcoal Egg BBQ (limited rear access). Public parking available, a 3-minute hill walk away in main car park with unloading possible outside the property.

Gas and electricity included; gas central heating, heated towel rail in bathrooms

Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
